What do I do if I do not receive my audio therapy email?
The first thing to do is not panic or worry, we are here to help 7 days a week 9-5 GMT. The first thing you should check is your Spam/Junk Mail folder on your email. Many mail boxes put emails into these folders as we have never communicated with you by email before. Your email provider might just be trying to protect you as it does not know you are wanting this email.
If you email has not arrived and is not in either of these folders or you are having any difficulties whatsoever simply message us on Facebook or send us an email to "email@example.com" We check our emails multiple times during the day 7 days a week. We will make sure you get your therapies in the shortest time possible. ( Expect a reply between 9:00 -17:00 GMT)
What do I do if I can not download the audio on my iphone or android phone?
The first thing to do is not panic or worry, we are here to help 7 days a week 9-5 GMT. Our audio therapies are 100% compatible with all modern day devices, phones, computers and tablets.
Normally once you have downloaded the audio therapy after around 10 minutes it will appear in either the "Files" or "downloads" folder on your phone.
Search your phone for "files" or "downloads" and check if it is in there.
If you are having any further issues you can send us a message any time we are happy to help and have assisted people in getting the audios loaded on almost every possible device.

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a moment when your mind hones in on what is being said, a moment or time when your mind is so focused that anything else is momentarily dismissed.
Your conscious mind that makes all your decisions is paused allowing the subconscious mind to take in new information as well as change your old emotions, habits and memories for the better.

What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the practice whereby suggestions and visualisations are used with a client who is in an altered state of consciousness. Hypnotherapy is a powerful way to access the source of distress including depression and anxiety, and for people to reconnect with dissociated emotions and disowned parts of themselves. Hypnotherapy helps therapists and client get closer to the source of a client’s issues by opening the doorway to their subconscious mind.
Does hypnotherapy work?
You slip into a trance when reading books and driving. This is the same feeling.
Yes, hypnotherapy works. Professional organisations have consistently reported on the value of hypnotherapy. The British Medical Association has been formally studying and verifying it since 1892.
In the 1950's both the British Medical Association and the American Medical Association confirmed the efficacy of hypnotherapy as official policy. They claimed: “For the past hundred years there has been an abundance of evidence that psychological and physiological changes could be produced by hypnotism which were worth study on their own account, and also that such changes might be of great service in the treatment of patients.”
In 2002 the British Psychological Society reported that: “Enough studies have now accumulated to suggest that the inclusion of hypnotic procedures may be beneficial in the management and treatment of a wide range of conditions and problems encountered in the practice of medicine, psychiatry and psychotherapy.”
Does self hypnosis work for everyone?
It is thought that about five percent of people are classically “un-hypnotizable.”
Most people show moderate scores and large amount of the population can be hypnotized to extreme depths (and show the classical deep trance phenomena). When it comes to our self hypnosis recordings, depth of trance is not important.
If you are willing to listen and to relax as deeply as you can, then you will experience the benefits. We believe most people can benefit from self hypnosis and hypnotherapy. We cannot guarantee that “it” will work for you, because everyone is unique and therefore your experience of self hypnosis will be unique. Some people shy away from the use of self hypnosis because they do not understand how or why hypnosis works, or fear that they cannot be hypnotised. However, if you dedicate yourself to getting the most out of each session, then you will. By staying motivated, listening often, and following the suggestions, you are sure to experience successful self hypnosis.
What is the hypnotic trance?
Many people think of hypnosis as inducing sleep. That’s actually not the case. Hypnosis (and hypnotherapy) induce the “trance state.” It is actually a natural state of mind that many of us encounter in everyday life on a regular basis. If you’ve ever been engrossed in a book, movie, or performance, then you have likely experienced the trance state.
The only thing that distinguishes a naturally occurring trance state from the hypnotic trance state is that hypnotherapists induce the latter and are able to control the trance state to create understanding and healing.
Is Hypnosis Safe? should I be worried?
Hypnosis is a naturally occurring, beneficial, positive state, and is very safe, when used as directed in our self hypnosis instructions. There are many myths and misconceptions about hypnosis, including far-fetched tales of people becoming “stuck” and being unable to wake-up. This can never happen and once you understand what hypnosis actually is, then you will have no such concerns. In terms of health and well being, please know that hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation. We expect all medical practitioners would agree on the health benefits of relaxation.
How do self hypnosis recordings work?
When listening to one of our self hypnosis downloads you will be gently guided by Hugh or Sophie into a state of deep relaxation.
This is achieved, with your co-operation and permission, by a technique called progressive relaxation, which involves following simple verbal instructions and responding positively to the suggestions you hear. Once you are deeply relaxed and are thereby more receptive to hypnotic suggestions, we begin to focus on the relevant issue or topic that you would like help with. We make use of many different advanced hypnotherapy techniques, which vary depending upon the particular sessions. We may ask you to follow along with various mental exercises, all carefully designed to help you bring about the positive changes that you seek.
Is there a limit to the amount of recording session I should use per day?
We suggest a maximum of two per day, with a break of an hour or more between recordings. Anymore than that may cause confusion and you may not reap the full benefits of hypnotherapy.
Is is safe to use self hypnosis whilst pregnant?
Yes, regular deep relaxation can only help you and your baby during pregnancy.
What do I do if I can not download my order?
Don't worry we are here to help, It might sound like a complicated thing to do, but if you can use a Facebook account or send a "whatsapp" then you will have no problem downloading your audio products and saving them to be used when ever you or your friends and family want.
